 It
started out at the Xena Convention to end all Xena Conventions in Pasadena,
California where I saw the fabulous Xena and Gabrielle LIVE ON STAGE!

 From
there it was a short hop over to Reno, Nevada for the 2001 Aerospace Medicine
Association Conference where I presented a paper on Female Bladder Relief and
managed to socialise just a little ;-)
  Then
Gordon, Hugh and I popped down the road to Lake Tahoe to our little cabin in the
woods, complete with hot tub and champagne.
  The
final leg of this West Coast trip was to Denver, Colorado on RAAF business. I
managed to get in a quick trip to Pike's Peak @14,100 feet asl and visit the
real "South Park" - Fairplay, Co

  Back
in home in Hampton, I had a visit from Dave and we were lucky enough to spend
the night out on the Bay with Robin and Roy.

for the Memorial Day weekend I headed up to Cleveland to meet Captain Kathryn
Janeway who finally brought Voyager home during the week. I actually shook her
hand and told her that when faced with a Command decision I asked myself
"What would Janeway do?"

drove home from the Con via Cincinatti...
...Northern Kentucky, including Louisville, home of the
Slugger, and Blue Grass/horse breeding country...
...the mountains of West Virginia
...and even found a town named after the best footy team
in the world - Crows, VA!!
